We Couldn’t Be Happier

Just a note to tell you what a great job you and your team did on our new roof. Our realtor was right on when she recommended you! I’m in the service business and judge a company by their responsiveness and keeping their commitments.

The Crew Carried Themselves As If They Had a Stake in the Company

Connecticut Roofcrafters worked hard to earn our business. Michael Young was a true professional who thoroughly explained his proposal. He patiently explained the process of installing a new roof and the different types of materials and applications. After talking to Michael, we felt well-educated and confident that we were able to evaluate the competitive bids enabling us to make the best decision.

The crew carried themselves as if they had a stake in the company. They were hardworking and skillful, on time, and always cleaned up before they left for the evening. Additionally, they were polite and respectful of our home; we completely trusted them.

One of the biggest concerns we had in removing the old cedar roof was protecting the contents in the attic from rain, dust and debris. The crew did an excellent job of covering the roof and the contents in the attic. The feedback we have received has been nothing but overwhelmingly positive. Many neighbors and friends have remarked on the quality of the workmanship. Working with Michael Young and the crew of Connecticut Roofcrafters was terrific. The job went off without a hitch and it may sound funny to say but our new roof is truly beautiful. We know we will enjoy it for many years to come.

Basic Proposal Included High-Quality Materials

We were looking for a standing seam metal roof to complement a solar install and priced out several contractors. Michael was very responsive and answered all questions with detail. We noticed after research that the basic proposal included high-quality materials that we had to ask other roofers for (underlayment, stainless steel screws, clips, etc.). That showed us that they were committed to quality.

CT Roofcrafters Stood Out From the Beginning

The day we met, you were not at all taken back by the extensiveness of the request for proposal or the list of questions I had. Rather you stated that you enjoy working with customers who take the time to learn as much as possible about something we only need to deal with once every 15 to 20 years.
