Connecticut Roofcrafters worked hard to earn our business. Michael Young was a true professional who thoroughly explained his proposal. He patiently explained the process of installing a new roof and the different types of materials and applications. After talking to Michael, we felt well-educated and confident that we were able to evaluate the competitive bids enabling us to make the best decision.

The crew carried themselves as if they had a stake in the company. They were hardworking and skillful, on time, and always cleaned up before they left for the evening. Additionally, they were polite and respectful of our home; we completely trusted them.

One of the biggest concerns we had in removing the old cedar roof was protecting the contents in the attic from rain, dust and debris. The crew did an excellent job of covering the roof and the contents in the attic. The feedback we have received has been nothing but overwhelmingly positive. Many neighbors and friends have remarked on the quality of the workmanship. Working with Michael Young and the crew of Connecticut Roofcrafters was terrific. The job went off without a hitch and it may sound funny to say but our new roof is truly beautiful. We know we will enjoy it for many years to come.
